Reading, Level 2, Part 1

First half of semester. Level 2 Part 1. Students will learn and apply various reading skills through the reading of short stories. Literary elements such as plot, setting, characters, etc., will be explored at length. Students will be given opportunities to increase fluency through the use of oral reading practice, comprehension questions, and vocabulary building skills.
